Semi Automatic Dual Column Band Saw for Miter Cuts

Semi-automatic Bandsaw for mitre cuts to both sides, hydraulic sawframe feed and lifting, hydraulic material clamping, with parallel downfeed on profile guiding rails, sawframe tilted by 3^o, frequency controlled sawband drive, overhead operating panel, adjustable cutting pressure with self-acting infinitely variable hydraulic feed control, mitres to both sides up to 45^o + 30^o to one side, especially smooth adjustment of sawbow.

The SILOMA DGH series of dual column miter cutting band saws offers a unique combination of two-way miter cutting capability and large cutting capacities, with very acute miter angles adjusted by a digital readout. The frequency-regulated, step-less drive ensures optimum performance on a wide variety of materials.  Our Torque Suspension System creates dynamic independence of the bandwheel tension and main motor gearbox, ensuring low vibration and longer service life.  Ease of operation and a compact footprint make these band saw machines ideal for the fabricator and steel service center.  Standard equipment includes:
